It's all about the eyeliner...
make sure to have a perfect one (pretty dark brow/black)!! ;)
If you prefer or don't have a good eyeliner, do it with a shadow or liquid eyeliner!! :)
Now it's time to apply your fav base eyeshadow, would be better
if you use one that compliments your skin tone.
Then... draw on your cat eye makeup wings with your eyeliner... then wait... for it to get dry!! ;)
It will look symmetrical, but if it doesn't... erase it 'till you get it!! ;)
